The Australian Property Institute (API) has a proud history as Australia’s Premier Property Professional Organisation with a membership base of over 170 members in the ACT and over 7500 nationally. Industry sectors represented by API members include; property valuation, funds management, asset management, property consultancy, property management, property development, government and local councils.

For the benefit of its members, stakeholders and kindred bodies the API ACT Division holds many social and Continuing Professional Development events throughout the calendar year. It is due to the generous support of industry partners and sponsors that these events are made possible.
